Every applicant on our current wait list will go through a screening process for income qualifications and background checks. Therefore, there’s no guarantee that an applicant will get an apartment. It can sometimes require screening multiple applications before a qualified applicant is found.
The total annual income must be at or below the following income limits below depending on number of occupants in the home.
